INTEGRATE 2024 is the world's largest Microsoft Integration tech Conference that brings together experts in the integration space for a 2-day Conference happening in London and will be available to view in virtual mode from remote location.

Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions between Integration360 Limited and you when you purchase a ticket for INTEGRATE 2024 organized by Integration360 Limited. By purchasing a ticket or registering for this Conference, or participating in a related survey, you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.

Integration360 Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on the INTGERATE website. Applicable from January 1st, 2024.

Conference Organiser

INTEGRATE 2024 (the "Conference") is organized by Integration360 Limited (the "company"), a wholly UK Limited company.

In addition to the live event in London, the company provides access to the Conference hosted online that allows Remote ticket registrants to access talks, discussions and online networking opportunities streamed via the Virtual Event Platform, taking place June 10-11, 2024.

These Terms govern your use of our service and access to the Conference. As used in these Terms (the "Service") means the service provided by the company for watching and networking in the Conference.

Declaration of Content

I hereby give my consent for Integration360 Limited (and its subsidiaries) to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket and for any other use to which I have consented.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. These Terms include and incorporate by reference our privacy policy (listed in our general Terms and Condition on our website), which explains the types of information collected, stored, shared and processed in connection with the Conference, how and why we use such information, who we share it with and your legal rights. If you do not wish your name, photograph, country where based and company name to appear on the delegate list please email event@kovai.co

Your agreement with us

These Terms govern your registration, attendance at and/or participation in the Conference. By registering for the Conference, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not register, attend or participate in the Conference.

Registering on behalf of another

If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By completing and submitting the registration form you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, Integration360 Limited cannot guarantee its absolute security and cannot accept any liability where the security of your Personal Information is compromised. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, Stripe (our payment gateway service), encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (TLS/SSL).

Changes to the policy

Integration360 Limited reserves the right to modify our Privacy Policy and Declaration of Consent at any time. Any changes will be posted on INTGERATE homepage and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of the changes.

Code of Conduct

We believe our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment during the Conference.

This code of conduct outlines our expectations for Conference participant's behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive Conference experience for everyone.

Expected behavior

  • Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert the Conference organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
  • Wear your badge at all times while at the venue.

Unacceptable behavior

  • Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendee of the Conference or related Conference activities.
  • Harassment may include offensive verbal or electronic comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of sessions, talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and any unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Wearing clothing that is not suitable for a professional work environment, that is provocative, inappropriate, or otherwise potentially offensive.
  • Physical verbal, or written, abuse, intimidation, threats, annoyance, harassment, stalking, pushing, shoving or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance that is disruptive or dangerous, or creates apprehension in a person, as determined by Integration360 Limited and Integration360 Limited' Conference staff, in their sole discretion.
  • Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner.
  • Any destruction or vandalizing of personal property or event site or materials.
  • Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, using sexually explicit or offensive.
  • Language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
  • Possessing any open can, bottle, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol or being intoxicated, as determined by Integration360 Limited, in any event, venue, or function. Please drink responsibly.
  • Possessing any illegal substance, including but not limited to narcotics or other illegal drugs. Integration360 Limited does not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances anywhere in the event venues.
  • Smoking other than in designated areas.
  • Any other illegal activity not already covered above.
  • Pets will not be admitted to events unless otherwise stated.
  • Failure to obey any of the rules or regulations of the Conference venue or instructions of the Conference staff.

Consequences of unacceptable behavior

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by an attendee, media, speaker, volunteer, organizer, venue staff, partner, sponsor, or exhibitor. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the Conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the Conference without warning or refund, and if appropriate involvement of local law enforcement.

What to do if you witness or are subjected to unacceptable behavior?

If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a Conference organizer as soon as possible (in person or via email at event@kovai.co). You may request that your report remain confidential.

Conference staff will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts, or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the Conference. You can report unacceptable behavior to any member of staff.

Unforeseen Circumstances

The Conference schedule is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Integration360 Limited cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place.

Integration360 Limited will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or events during the Conference as a result of an event that is beyond Kovai Limted' control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, riot, national state of emergency, plague, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labor disputes or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of the Event. Cancellations are subject to the entire Conference registration fee. All sales are final. No payments will be refunded or refundable. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the Conference, you are still responsible for payment.

Changes to Conference content

Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Integration360 Limited reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary, without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible. If the Conference is postponed, we will provide you with access to the Conference at a later date. No refunds will be provided if the Conference is postponed.

Photography, audio and video recording

By attending the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that where you choose to participate in roundtable/workshop elements of the Conference you are giving the company consent to store recordings. If you do not consent to being recorded, you can choose to leave the session. You agree to permit us, or any third party licensed by us, to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise globally disseminate your likeness, name, voice and words in perpetuity in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media now available and hereafter developed, both before, during and any time after the Conference, and in any form, without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the media, the right to use the media (alone or together with other information), and the right to allow others to use or distribute the media.

Third party links

The Conference or the Services may contain links to third parties and to contributions uploaded by participants, including videos, images, descriptions, links and other content. We are not responsible or liable to these third-party sites, and you should review any terms and conditions when entering those sites or viewing their content.

Personal use only

The Conference is for your personal and non-commercial use only. For the duration of the Conference, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service and view the Conference. Except for this, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you.

Usage terms

Remote access to the Conference and use of the Services requires compatible devices, and certain software (including third party software) may be required or may need updates, and your use of the Services and Conference may be affected by the performance of these elements.

You must have a high speed internet connection in order to access the Conference and Services from a remote location. When accessing the Conference or Services through a mobile network, your network or roaming network will apply fees for data usage.

Online Conference app

If you choose to complete an Online Conference app profile, your profile will be discoverable and visible in the app to other Online Conference Attendees. By using the Online Conference App, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy.

Intellectual property rights

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content contained within the website shall remain at all times owned by us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the website and the content on the website.

It is strictly forbidden for any company, organization, or person to attempt to host or organize any event in conjunction with, contiguous to or purporting to be related to the Online Conference or its affiliates without the express prior permission and cooperation of us. We reserve their right to take such action (legal or otherwise), including a claim for damages as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate in the circumstances.

When accessing and using the Website and its related subdomains you are prohibited from:

  • violating any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
  • using the Service (or any part of it) for any illegal purpose and you agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws;
  • promoting or providing information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any illegal acts;
  • uploading or transmitting through the Service any computer viruses, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms or anything other harmful activity;
  • overriding any security feature of the Website or jeopardise the security of your account or someone else’s account (such as allowing someone else to log in to the Website or use the Service as you);
  • interfering with the operation of, or places an unreasonable load on, the Website (such as viruses, denial of service attack or gaming algorithms);
  • using manual or automated software, devices or other means or processes to access, scrape or crawl the Website or any content or information contained in it or the Service;
  • engaging in ‘framing’, ‘mirroring’, or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Website;
  • removing any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Website or from the Online Conference;
  • modifying, creating derivative works or copying or storing any significant portion of the Website or Online Conference or any related technology (unless allowed by law or we expressly authorise);
  • using filming equipment or other devices to record the Online Conference;
  • using the Website (or any part of it) in a manner which may result in; (i) the Website and/or the Online Conference being interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such manner designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or Website; (ii) sharing any material which is unlawful, libellous, abusive, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or otherwise objectionable, defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or that may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety; (iii) impairing the effectiveness or functionality of the Website or the Online Conference ; or (iv) violating or infringing the rights of any person, firm or company (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, confidentiality and/ or privacy) of the Website;
  • attempting to grant any unauthorised access to any part or component of the Website;
  • copying or distributing any part of the Website in any medium without our prior written consent; and
  • altering or modifying any part of the Website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Website for its intended use; or
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling deciphering or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to the Website or any related technology, or any part thereof unless allowed by law.

We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

Limitation of liability

The Conference (including but not limited to: videos, transcripts, audio etc.) is made available and the company does not offer any warranty of any kind, or represent that the Conference will be accurate, complete, or error-free. We are not liable for the usage of, implementation of, impact from, or communication of the ideas presented in any element of the Conference.

Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Indemnity

You agree to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify us against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the terms by you or any other liabilities incurred by us arising out of your attendance of the Conference, or use by any other person accessing the Conference using your pc or internet access account.

Survival

The clauses of these Terms which by their nature should survive if the Agreement between you and the company is terminated, shall survive such termination. If any provision or provisions of these Terms shall be held to be unenforceable invalid or illegal, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and full force.

Force majeure

We are not liable if the Conference is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform our obligations under these Terms, if such event results from anything beyond our reasonable control (for example (a) power or server outages or issues (b) update or maintenance periods (c) as a result of a war, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; (d) epidemic or pandemic; (e)terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (f) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom; (g) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority; (h) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; (i) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts; (j) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors; and (k) interruption or failure of utility service , (l) electronic or communications failure y) or anything else that renders performance of the Online Conference , in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.

We will take reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of interruption to the Service or Conference. Where the Services are unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the company, we shall have no liability to you.

Tickets and Pricing

You will find details of attendee ticket pricing and fees from the Conference website. Ticket prices for the Conference are correct at the time of publication.

We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time, but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.

A valid ticket entitles you to access the Conference as an Attendee.

Purchasing Tickets

I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me in the course of purchasing and or registering for tickets sold by Integration360 Limited (and/or other group companies). I further give my permission for my user account details to be stored. I acknowledge that I may provide Integration360 Limited a reasonable timeframe to remove my details at any time that I no longer wish them to be stored. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose. Should you wish your data to be removed you must request Integration360 Limited to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period.

Online Surveys

I hereby give my consent for Integration360 Limited to store any voluntary information I may provide in the course of participating in an online survey. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.

Discounts

We are not obligated to offer any discounts for the Conference and reserve the right to chance or withdraw a discount offer at any time in our sole discretion.

Refund and Cancellation

For Live Conference tickets in London

Live Conference tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.

If the Live Conference is cancelled by Integration360 Limited, no action is required by the attendee. Live Conference tickets will be exchanged to Remote Conference tickets (at the price as per ticket registration date) and the remaining amount will be refunded. For e.g. If John purchases 1 Live Conference ticket on 3rd Feb 2024 (Super Early Bird offer £899) and the Live Conference is cancelled by Integration360 Limited thereafter. In this case, the Live Conference ticket will be exchanged to Remote Conference ticket (Super Early Bird offer £275) and the remaining (approx. £624) will be refunded after deducting card charges if any.

For Remote Conference tickets

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received in writing by 11:59 P.M London time on April 30, 2024, to the following email address: event@kovai.co

Integration360 Limited will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Integrate 2024 Conference is recorded and broadcast to a satisfactory standard, and that the Remote user experience is not materially impaired by technical problems. In the unlikely event that Remote users suffer technical problems, we will provide a pro-rata refund on receipt of an application from the Remote ticket holder. All such refund requests must be in writing and received by us no later than 30th June 2024. A pro-rata refund will only be granted where technical problems are proven to be the result of a fault or failure caused by Integration360 Limited.

No reselling

The tickets you purchase are for your own personal use and may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. This includes subsidised tickets.

Reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket, not in accordance with the Terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain access to the Conference. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket reselling or ticket broker.

Age limitation

You must be 18 years of age to attend the Conference. Minors may only attend under the supervision of an adult.
