Terms and Conditions (Virtual Event)

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in INTEGRATE 2026 (the “Event”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

This is a fully virtual event hosted on a third-party platform. All participants are required to adhere to these terms while accessing or engaging with the event.

Organizers reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

The Event is delivered using third-party platform(s). By participating, you also agree to comply with any applicable platform terms and acceptable use requirements.

Registration & Access

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Access to the Event is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, unauthorized access, or account misuse is strictly prohibited.

Organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Event if:

  • Registration information is inaccurate or misleading
  • These Terms are violated
  • Platform misuse or suspicious activity is detected
  • It is necessary to manage capacity, operational requirements, or event integrity

Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify registrations at their discretion, without liability.

Platform Usage

Participants are expected to use the platform in a professional and responsible manner.

The following activities are not permitted:

  • Spamming attendees or excessive unsolicited messaging
  • Disrupting sessions, speakers, or Event flow 
  • Sharing misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempting to interfere with platform functionality, security or integrity

External links, resources, or tools shared during the event must be relevant and must not mislead attendees. Organizers are not responsible for third-party content or any interactions between participants.

Privacy & Data Usage

By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your information for event-related purposes.

This may include:

  • Displaying basic profile details (such as name, company, and country) for networking 
  • Event-related communication
  • Analytics and event improvement

If you do not wish to appear in attendee listings or networking features, you may request removal by contacting event@kovai.co.

Participants are responsible for how they use any attendee data accessed during the Event and must comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

The Event is hosted using third-party platform(s), and participant data may be processed by such providers, including outside the participant’s country of residence. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to such processing in accordance with applicable privacy policies.

Tickets, Pricing & Usage

A valid ticket provides access to the virtual Event only.

Tickets:

  • Are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers
  • May not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes

Any violation may result in cancellation of access to the Event, without refund.

Refunds & Event Changes

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Event schedules, sessions, speakers, and content are subject to change.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or delivered in an alternative format, participants will be granted access to the updated Event. No refunds or credits will not be provided in such cases.

Organizers are not liable for any costs incurred by participants (including travel, accommodation, or related expenses).

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

Organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including restricting access to or removing any participant who violates these guidelines, without refund or liability.

Recording & Media

The Event may be recorded, including sessions, interactions, and discussions.

By participating, you consent to:

  • Audio and video recording
  • Use of your name, likeness, voice, and contributions (including chat, Q&A, and other interactions)
  • Use, reproduction, distribution and display of such content for event, promotional, and related business purposes

Participants who do not wish to be recorded should avoid participating in interactive or recorded sessions.

Intellectual Property

All Event content, including presentations, videos, and materials, remains the property of Integration360 Limited or its licensors.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Participants shall not record, reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse any content without the organizers’ prior written permission.

Third party content disclaimer

The Event may include content, presentations, or materials provided by third-party speakers, sponsors, or partners. Such content is provided for informational purposes only. The organizers make no representations or warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, or reliability, and participants should not rely on such content as professional, technical, financial or other advice.

Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring access to:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Compatible devices
  • Access to the Event platform

Organizers are not liable for any technical issues, including platform outages, connectivity failures, device incompatibility or third party service disruptions.

Third-Party Services

The Event may include links or integrations with third-party services or platforms.

Organizers do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of such third parties. Participants are advised to review applicable terms and policies before engaging with such services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Event is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Organizers are not liable for:

  • Any interruptions, delays or technical disruptions
  • The accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content
  • Any outcomes resulting from participation in or reliance on the Event or its contents
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages
  • Any refunds, credits, or compensation in connection with the Event

Force Majeure

Organizers shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet or platform outages
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or labor disputes

In such cases, the organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event.

Termination

Organizers reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Event at their discretion, without refund or liability, if these Terms are violated or if participation is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
